Cowboys fans are breathing a sigh of relief this morning after surely a brief scare just days before their team takes on the Packers in the most highly anticipated game of the season.
Dallas’ star rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott was involved in a car accident this morning at around 7:00 AM on his way to The Star, the Cowboys practice facility in Frisco.
According to a witness, Elliott was driving a “huge black GMC truck” which rear-ended a black BMW. Cops and Cowboys security responded to the scene. We’re told Zeke “looked frustrated” but was “extremely nice and polite” to everyone who stopped to check in on him.
The Frisco PD confirmed the crash and told TMZ, “Ezekiel Elliott was involved in a minor vehicle crash this morning in the area of Dallas Parkway and Gaylord Parkway.”
“There were no injuries sustained as a result of the minor crash.”
The running back jokingly confirmed he was ‘ok’ himself on Twitter.
I’m good. I’ve been in bigger collisions. Lol
