Blair Walsh is an NFL veteran at this point in his career, but that doesn’t seem to help shake off the nerves.
In his very first kick since missing what would have been the game winner during last year’s playoffs versus the Seahawks, Walsh shanked it again to the same side nonetheless.

Later in the half just before halftime, Walsh’s kick sailed so far tho the left it left the screen of people watching at home on TV. As you can guess, to the same side once again.

He’ll figure this whole kicking thing out at one point or another. Maybe the Vikings should try Teddy Bridgewater at kicker, even his leg seems like a better option at this point.
