Cardinals Fire OC Mike McCoy Less Than 12 Hours After Blowout Loss To Broncos

Mike McCoy is out in Arizona.

The Cardinals offensive coordinator was relieved on his duties Friday morning after the team’s blowout 45-10 loss to the Denver Broncos on Thursday night.

McCoy has come under fire by fans, escpially for his offensive line’s protection, or lack their of, for rookie quarterback Josh Rosen.

Rosen was sacked six times, coughing up the football on three of those occasions.

Quarterbacks coach Byron Leftwich will take over for McCoy.
