Colin Kaepernick is having a rough year throwing the ball.
The San Francisco 49ers quarterback is known for his fastball passes to his receivers, but during tonight’s game against the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night, a 49ers’ trainer on the sideline took one of those fastballs straight to the head.
The trainer on the sideline needed some medical attention according to the Associated Press.
