Plain and simple — what Josh McDaniels did to the Indianapolis Colts was downright dirty.
After coming to a verbal agreement to becoming the next coach of the Indianapolis Colts, Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels at the last minute changed his mind and stayed at his current post in New England.
What made matters was the fact that the Colts had already had signed contracts with assistants that were picked by McDaniels himself.
Now, the Colts are stuck in a weird as they have a slew of assistant coaches under contract but no head coach. GM Chris Ballard held a press conference today to talk about things and took parting shots at McDaniels:
Ballard confirms the assistant coaches the Colts have hired are staying: “We will not abandon them. They’re good coaches, good people and good developers of men.”

”We will not abandon them,” Ballard says, taking a clear shot at McDaniels, who after all, abandoned them.
In addition to that, Ballard also sent a firm message to the Patriots as he wrapped up his unusual press conference:
Chris Ballard, fresh off a Belichick cucking, leaves his press conference by saying “the rivalry is back on”
