It’s been a tough 24 hours for the city of Dallas.
In one of the worst acts of domestic terrorism, five Dallas police officers were killed during a peaceful protest rally in downtown Dallas on Monday night.
The protest, which was reportedly peaceful was disturbed when a gunman opened fire on the Police, killing five officers.
Players from the Dallas Cowboys took to Twitter on Monday night to urge for peace rather than violence:
Our community is stunned this morning. My thoughts and prayers go out to the fallen police officers and their loved ones.
