Undrafted rookie WR Roger Lewis caught his first career touchdown pass on Sunday vs Ravens, a touchdown that was also No. 300 for quarterback Eli Manning.

It was a big play for the Giants’ offense that had been struggling mightily in the first half and was already without Odell Beckham Jr, who had gone to the locker room with injury.

But what made this special for the undrafted rookie from Bowling Green was the fact that Lewis was a big Eli Manning fan in middle school. Matter-a-fact, Eli’s jersey was the first jersey he owned:

Look there’s even a photo:

I wonder if this makes Eli Manning feel old, knowing one of his teammates was wearing his jersey when he was in middle school?

The Giants, who are already stacked at WR with Odell Beckham Jr, Sterling Shepard and Victor Cruz might need to make room for Roger Lewis if he continues to make plays like he did on Sunday.
