Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott set social media ablaze Sunday night when he jumped into the on-field giant red Salvation Army kettle as his touchdown celebration against the Buccaneers.

Though he was flagged for doing so, the NFL decided Monday to not stick to standard procedure and fine the rookie, but there’s still money coming out of his pockets.

Elliott announced he will donate $21,000 to the charity, just in time for the holiday season.

The celebration did wonders, with the Salvation Army’s donations skyrocketing to $182,000 in 12 hours, a whopping 61% increase.

The Cowboys have been partners with the charity for years, with Zeke having volunteered serving meals at a soup kitchen less than 24 hours after a win vs the Packers in Green Bay, the biggest win of the season at that point in time.
