Looks like Johnny Manziel won’t have to worry about the rough and tough Steelers’ defense week 1 after all. Early Wednesday morning, Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine after saying he wasn’t ready to name a starter on Tuesday, announced to the media that relative veteran Brian Hoyer, would be starting. Hoyer is coming of an ACL tear last year that sat him for the remainder of the 2013-2014 season after a fairly impressive stretch of starts.
