The Miami Dolphins were the second most penalized team in the league in 2017 and it seems like little has changed.
Head coach Adam Gase has put an emphasis on reducing the mental penalties for this season and what Kiko Alonso did during the Dolphins preseason game against the Ravens may be the epitome of a mental error.
The linebacker accidentally ventured to Baltimore’s sideline after making a tackle and had to be told by Ravens head coach John Harbaugh that he was on the wrong side of the field.
