NFL Owners Ordered To Hand Over Phone Records, Emails In Colin Kaepernick Collusion Case

This one could get interesting.

At least three NFL owners: Jerry Jones, Robert Kraft and Bob McNair will be asked to turn over phone records and emails related to the collusion case involving former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Friday that those owners are being deposed for cellphone records and emails in connection with the case.

Schefter also added “other owners, teams and league officials also will be deposed” as part of the case, but those three owners are confirmed as of right now.

Colin Kaepernick’s attory, Mark Geragos confirmed last month a collective bargaining agreement grievance was filed that stated that league owners colluded against Kaepernick after he started his National Anthem protests during the 2016 season.

Buckle up, folks. . . . This could get interesting.
