Ohio State QB Commit Joe Burrow Catches His Own Pass For A Touchdown

Joe Burrow has committed to Ohio State mainly for his ability to throw touchdown passes from all over the field. But now, the 4-star quarterback is adding another talent to his repertoire – He’s catching his own touchdown pass.

  1. Its funny, but it’s a high school game and the defending team obviously have never been instructed on what to do in a tipped pass situation.

    • they’re in their own redzone, if they catch it then its a turnover and a good stop for defense.. its actually smart what they tried to do but they just didn’t accomplish it

      • We must have had different coaches. On defense we practiced tipped balls and if the linemen got a tip, they had to yell out “Tip”, and all defensive players were taught to converge on the ball as everyone on the fields is now a live receiver. I see guys on this defense in this clip standing around watching the play. Only 2 guys on the defense even react, that’s poor coaching.

        • Maybe the coaches taught them that but the players just didn’t execute… i highly doubt the coaches told the players in practice”if the ball is tipped just watch and sees what happens”
