Earlier this week, it was reported that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, Patriots owner Robert Kraft, Texans owner Bob McNair and Seahawks owner Paul Allen were to be deposed based previous public statements made about Kaepernick.

The 30-year old quarterback filed a grievance against the NFL for what he says is an attempt by owners to collude so he would not be signed. Kaepernick has not been signed by an NFL team since his departure from the 49ers last spring.
