REPORT: Two NFL Teams Are Attempting To Create A Policy Where Players Must Stand During National Anthem

A little over two weeks ago at a rally in Huntsville, Alabama, President Donald Trump called out many NFL players for kneeling during the National Anthem.  Trump stated:

“Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say ‘get that son of a b**** off the field right now – he’s fired.”

“For a week, (that owner would) be the most popular person in this country. Because that’s a total disrespect of our heritage. That’s a total disrespect for everything we stand for.”

Well, Trump’s wish might be coming true.

According to a report from social activist Shaun King, he’s spoken to at least two players from two different NFL teams and they’ve told him that their organization is currently in the process of drawing up a policy that would force all players to stand during the playing of the National Anthem:

King didn’t name the teams but one would imagine how long before the names of these owners who are implementing these policies are made public.
