The New York Jets wide receiver, who was arrested twice in less than a year in South Florida, with the most recent arrest coming in January, where he fought and threatened to sexually assault his wife took to Twitter to blast Hall of Fame WR Cris Carter.

The 24-year-old, entering his third season, caught 63 passes for 941 yards and seven touchdowns last season.
