TNT is covering the 2014 Western Conference Finals between the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs and that means Inside the NBA’s Charles Barkley traveled to city where he scrutinized so much because of the size of it’s women.
After poking fun at the women of San Antonio throughout the playoffs, Sir Charles was in San Antonio, where the women of the Alamo fought back. We saw shirts in the stands saying “Barkley Don’t Know” along with fans with posters fighting back to Barkley.
One women in particular who the cameras focused in on happened to be San Antonio Spurs F Tim Duncan’s girlfriend, Vanessa Macias. She, along with many other San Antonio women fought back at Charles.
When the cameras were showing Vanessa, Sir Charles response was “She’s not from San Antonio, they must have brought her from Dallas or Houston. Well, Sir Charles was right, Vanessa Macias was actually born in Dallas, Texas.
Game 2 is Wednesday back in San Antonio at 9:00PM on TNT. We’ll see what Sir Charles has up his sleeve this time.
