If Tom Brady wants some company to watch the first four games of the NFL season on TV, he can now phone up Le’Veon Bell.

The star Pittsburgh Steelers running back is facing a four-game suspension for a violation of the NFL’s drug policy, after failing to show up to a scheduled league-issued drug test earlier this year.

According to ESPN, no date has been set for Bell’s appeal, although it’s expected that it will be heard before the regular season.

If this sounds like déjà vu, you’re not alone.

The RB was suspended for the first three games of last season, which was later reduced to two games. That suspension came after Bell was arrested for marijuana possession and DUI in the summer of 2014.

The Steelers are one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl this season with QB Ben Roethisberger playing at the highest level he has in his career and an offense that is arguably the best in the league and a re-bolstered defense. That offense takes another hit though with the news today, as the team’s young standout WR Martavis Bryant, who was poised for a breakout season, is already suspended for the entire season for like teammate, violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.
