The Packers and Lions will square off for the NFC North title next Sunday night in on NBC.

Although, the Lions have a game tonight, it’s practically meaningless to the NFC North. Regardless of the result, the ultimate playoff position for the Lions will all come down to their home game against Green Bay.

But, if the Lions do lose to the Cowboys tonight, there’s an insane scenario that could ultimately put both the Lions and the Packers in the playoffs:

Yup, a tie.

The Packers would still win the division if this crazy scenario would to take place, based on their previous results in Green Bay.

While it may seem highly unlikely, anything is possible, especially considering that we’ve already seen two ties this season as well.

But imagine if the game did go to Overtime, do the Packers and Lions agree to take a kneel down on every single play in that 15:00 overtime session?

Buckle up!
