Tim Tebow Reportedly Nails Fan Right In Nuts With Wild Throw During Warmups

Tim Tebow may have brought up his batting average to .211 since getting off to an understandable slow start to his professional baseball career, but it seems as if his accuracy is right where he left off in the NFL.

During the Columbus Fireflies’ Tuesday night’s game against the Lakewood Blue Claws, Tebow accidentally tossed a warm-up throw right at the nuts of onlooking fan, Doug Brustman.

Here’s Brustman’s account of the incident –

“I hear this guy behind me yell, ‘Watch out,’” said Brustman. “And as he’s yelling, the ball comes right through the railing and hits me right in the nuts. It was a direct hit.”

“It was literally like a Seinfeld episode. The guy behind me shouts, ‘It was TEBOW,’” said Brustman. “It reminded me of his days with the Jets when he couldn’t complete a pass. This guy is so inaccurate, even with a baseball.”

The 45-year-old, Manchester, NJ resident was reportedly doubled over in pain, asking who threw it as soon as he could gather himself.

Ironically, Brustman attended the University of Tennessee. At least he walked away with an autographed ball for his troubles.
