What do you get the guy who has it all for his birthday? Trick question…nothing. Because he’ll just buy himself a $20 million dollar NYC apartment.
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife currently live in a $14 million apartment in the ultra-luxury One Madison building, yet just snatched up a $20 million 70 Vestry Tribeca apartment.
The couple plan to move out of their current digs and into the new building at 70 Vestry Street when its finished in 2018.
The 5,000-square-foot apartment will have five bathrooms, tight security and athletic facilities including a pool and a squash court
The Bradys also own a home in Brookline, Massachusetts, which they live in during the football season.

Tribeca is one of Manhattan’s wealthiest neighborhoods and also it’s most star-studded. Jay-Z and Beyonce, Taylor Swift and Bradley Cooper all own apartments in the area. The views from the riverside apartment include the Hudson and Statue of Liberty.
One of the main attractions of the building is its private car entrance.
The 5,000-square-foot space will be on a high floor in the 14-story building with a large terrace offering views of the Hudson River and Manhattan.
The building includes several sports facilities that the health conscious family will use to stay in shape including an 82-foot lap pool, workout studios, a squash court, a sauna and steam room.
