The worst in sports fans was brought out Sunday night in Foxboro when Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill had a beer thrown at him by a New England fan in the second row.
The incident occurred late in the fourth quarter when Hill caught a 75-yard touchdown pass from QB Patrick Mahomes, getting hit with a multitude of middle fingers and the dousing of beer while gathering himself near the wall of belligerent fans.

On Monday, the Patriots released a statement saying the fan has been banned from Gillette Stadium, and of course will no longer be able to attend Patriots home games.

To add to the punishment, ESPN’s Adam Schefter has reported that Hill and his agent Drew Rosenhaus, perhaps the most powerful man in the realm of NFL athlete representation, are pursuing possibly taking legal action against the fan.
Tyreek Hill and Drew Rosenhaus want to take action against fan that doused the Chiefs WR with beer Sunday. They are talking to the NFL/NFLPA about options. “That type of behavior is unacceptable,” Rosenhaus said. “Players have to be protected. We want that fan to be prosecuted.”
