Antonio Brown left Sunday’s game vs Patriots after suffering a calf injury. Brown did not return and the Patriots went on and defeated the Steelers in controversial fashion thanks to the NFL no catch rule.
We are now learning that Brown’s injury is somewhat serious.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Antonio Brown suffered a partially torn calf muscle that will require the MVP candidate to miss the remainder of the regular season:
Steelers WR Antonio Brown has a partially torn calf muscle, per source. Unlikely to play next week but expected back for the postseason.

The news is somewhat okay for a Steelers fanbase that’s a mixed bag of emotions right now.
