Kaepernick Makes Incredible TD Pass Back To Complete Other Side Of Field

Its widely know that 49ers QB Colin Kapernick has a cannon…but sometimes that cannon fires to the defense. During the early minutes of the second quarter of the 49ers vs Eagles game, Kaep rolled to the oft only to catch a glimpse of the wide open Frank Gore on the complete other side of the field. The pass was somehow completed and Gore broke a tackle and went in for the score.
