Nike Unveils Gear Teams Will Wear During Super Bowl XLIX

Believe it not, Super Bowl XLIX is just a few weeks away, strange considering it was just yesterday we were worrying about what the weather was going to be like in East Rutherford, NJ for Super Bowl XLVIII. But, I don’t think we will be worrying about the weather during this year’s Super Bowl as it’s held in Glendale, AZ in a dome.

This year, Nike has unveiled more sick gear that the teams will wear throughout Super Bowl week and on the field during the game. Although, the matchup has yet to be determined, as the Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots and defending Super Bowl champion, Seattle Seahawks are all still alive in the race for Glendale but Nike looks ready and prepared for anything.

Here are the Nike Vapor Untouchable cleats the players will be wearing:

With the Super Bowl being played indoors unlike last year’s which was in New Jersey, players won’t have to worry about being but that didn’t stop Nike from designing these sick windbreakers for players and staff to wear on the sidelines:

The Super Bowl Media Day has carried a tradition of it’s own and has Nike designing special gear for the players as they released the Nike Alpha Fly Rush Jacket – Super Bowl Edition for the players to wear during their Media sessions:

Nike also released this limited edition jersey for the Super Bowl which is crafted for exception durability, style and comfort. The anthracite Super Bowl edition jersey features an iridescent tackle-twill  number 49 on the front and back. The jersey comes in men and women sizes:
