Ray Lewis Says He Would Take Rex Ryan Over Bill Belichick “All Day”

Ray Lewis is very loyal to his former team and coaches and based on this statement, he’s a little too loyal.

Now listen, Rex Ryan is a good coach, he’s taken the New York Jets to two straight AFC Championship Games and has beaten Bill Belichick and Tom Brady in the 2010 Divisional Round in Foxboro but let’s be real, he’s not a better coach than Bill Belichick.

With all that being said, prior to the Bills-Patriots game on Monday Night Football, former Baltimore Ravens linebacker (and Bill Belichick hater) Ray Lewis said he would take Rex Ryan over Bill Belichick “all day.”

Now in this beautiful country, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but Ray.. C’mon man.

Now the best part of this statement was seeing Steve Young’s reaction:

Now this wasn’t the only outrageous statement that Lewis made on Monday Night Countdown, he also is taking Cam Newton over Tom Brady because “he gives footballs to kids in the stands.”
