CONVENT, La. – Jarvis Landry has more receptions in his first two seasons as an NFL player than anyone else in NFL history. The Miami Dolphins wide receiver is the first to attribute his skills to his upbringing, which took place in the small town of Convent, Louisiana.
Unfortunately, Landry returned home under terrible circumstances, after a tornado ripped through the area, decimating numerous houses, flattened to rubble.

As Landry noted in the video, he is working with the Red Cross, Miami Dolphins, and alike to help the town get back on it’s feet with the resources he’s now in the position to offer.
We’re sure just himself being there is enough to boost the moral at least for the families who are not sure what they’ll do now.
