Ah, the Tony Romo curse lives on.

When Romo isn’t making headlines by throwing interceptions and getting injured during the season, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback stays relevant in the offseason via what’s dubbed the “Romo Curse.”

It seems that every sporting event Romo attends, the team he’s rooting for gets annihilated – and the sample size isn’t slight. At first it was seemingly a petty coincidence, but after it happened over and over again, fans started taking notice.

The most recent case? Wednesday night Romo made his way to Game 7 of the Dallas Stars vs St. Louis Blues series being played out in Dallas, where of course, the Stars ended up getting spanked 6-1, while at the same time being eliminated from the playoffs.

Other notable instances? Romo notable attended a Duke basketball game, a Dallas Mavericks game, a OKC Thunder game and a Dallas Stars game in previous years, to which all lost in embarrassing fashion.

Believe it or not, there’s actually a White House petition to keep Tony Romo away from Spurs games fearing he’ll bring the usual bad luck.

THE CURSE LIVES ON!
