Kid With Cerebral Palsy Meets Idol Drew Brees, Bursts Into Tears

Stories like these show just how much sports can impact one’s life, even if that person can’t play the sport he loves due to circumstance.

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has always been a fantastic league ambassador and by all accounts a generous, humble person, only adding to that reputation with this gesture.

Brees gave a special needs child the surprise of his life Monday. 10-year-old Hunter Glass, born 12 weeks premature and suffering from Cerebral Palsy, cried tears of joy as he finally was able to meet his idol.
