Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has been named a suspect in a domestic violence police report that was obtained by TMZ Sports but as of right now, Elliott has not been charged nor has been arrested.

A woman named Tiffany Thompson, who is known to be Elliott’s girlfriend posted photos on her Instagram account showing bruises that she alleges are from Elliott.

Here are the photos:

The accuser filed a report with the Columbus PD in Ohio Friday morning saying that was assaulted by Elliott, who she claims is her former live-in boyfriend while sitting in the driver’s seat of her parked vehicle.

Police have contacted Elliott — who denied striking the woman and ever living with her.

According to the police report, cops spoke with 4 witnesses, but they all told cops they didn’t witness an assault. One of the witnesses was in the car at the time of the alleged incident.

Due to the conflicting reports, Elliott hasn’t been arrested and the accuser has been referred to the prosecutor’s office if she would try to press charges.

According to someone close to Elliott’s camp, they  can “assure you the allegations are not true.”

The Cowboys, who have had a rough history with the handling of domestic abusers dating back to last season with Greg Hardy really don’t want this dark cloud over their organization again especially not with their #4 overall pick.
