Malcolm Mitchell, a standout WR from Georgia, was expected to be a rookie gem for the New England Patriots. Mitchell only lasted 4 quarters before that rookie season came to a halt.

The 4th round pick, who was injury prone throughout his college career, went down with a gruesome injury during the 4th quarter of the Patriots’ first preseason game vs the Saints in Foxboro Thursday night.

Michtell was carted into the locker room and after post game evaluation Mitchell is expected to miss about 4 weeks.

Exhibit A on why preseason football is risky business.

  1. Hello would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re using? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m having a difficult time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S My apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!|

  2. Having read this I believed it was rather informative.

I appreciate you spending some time and energy to put this short
article together. I once again find myself spending a
lot of time both reading and posting comments.
But so what, it was still worth it!
