It was bound to happen. With a rookie QB in Dak Prescott unlikely to have the responding success he’s seen during the majority of the season thus far, Cowboys fans always had the awaiting Tony Romo on the sideline.
Some of those fans are no calling for the benching of Prescott in favor of the veteran who’s been cleared to play for three weeks now after a single game from Prescott against the Giants Sunday night.
Put Romo in please

@ESPNNFL This is where experience begins to take over. Time for Dak to sit down. Put Tony Romo in the game.

I’ve hanged my mind. Dak is good, but Cowboys would be better with Romo. The D, o-line, and run game got them to 11-1.

Hopefully Dallas realizes how valuable Romo is to our Super Bowl chances! We need to put him in and let him go to work

Dak Prescott hasn’t been very good for a couple weeks now and you have a top ten QB sitting the bench. Play him.

Dak Prescott should ride the bench the rest of the year #NFL #WeDemBoys #AmericasTeam #Cowboys #SNF

Dak Prescott is showing us how young and inexperienced he is, he should have been on the bench before the half.
