Security Guard Had No Clue Gronk Was Part Of WrestleMania, Tried To Restrain Him

WrestleMania 33 was full of surprises; whether it was John Cena’s proposal, the return of the Hardy Boyz, or Rob Gronkowski entering the ring. Apparently, one of the ring-side security guards had no idea Gronk was part of the match either.

During the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, Mojo Rawley was thrown outside the ring right in front of Gronk, with WWE star Jinder Mahal then starring him down. That was Gronk’s cue to jump the barricade and get in the ring.

The female security guard had no idea the Patriots tight end had been scripted into the show, and proceeded to run over to restrain him before he could hop into the ring. Like most NFL defenses, she couldn’t stop him for long.
