Seahawks Interested In Bringing In Colin Kaepernick Or RGIII To Backup Russell Wilson

According to ESPN, Pete Carroll says that free agent quarterbacks Colin Kaepernick and Robert Griffin III are among the backup QB options that the Seattle Seahawks are exploring.

The insight came during Carroll appearance on 710 ESPN Seattle’s “Brock and Salk” radio show, where the Seahawks coach mentioned the team was looking to add competition for Russell Wilson.

QB Trevone Boykin is still on the Seahawks roster, though the former TCU star was arrested for marijuana possession and public intoxication earlier this year as well as once again being arrested for violating his probation from that incident.

Though Wilson has never missed a single start in his NFL career, the QB battled through three separate injuries last season which undoubtably hindered his ability to move around the pocket.

  1. Its such as you read my thoughts! You seem to grasp so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I believe that you simply can do with a few p.c. to force the message home a little bit, however other than that, this is fantastic blog. A fantastic read. I’ll definitely be back.
