After a promising 13-3 season last year, this is not how the Dallas Cowboys wanted to start the new season.

After reports surfaced of an altercation outside a Dallas bar where Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott reportedly knocked a DJ unconscious over the weekend, receiver Dez Bryant took to Twitter to defend himself and his teammate.

One fan actually tweeted Dez asking him to provide guidance to Elliott since he was once in the same position as Zeke and well, Dez wasn’t feeling it:

Dez has since deleted the tweet along with anther tweet who brought the incident involving Bryant allegedly assaulting his own mother:

The Dallas Police department has confirmed that an incident did in-fact take place at Clutch Bar with Ezekiel Elliott but no arrests have been made.

Dez Bryant on the other hand, wants no part with anything involving Zeke Elliott and his alleged off-field issues.
