Victor Cruz is looking to start a new chapter to his injury plagued career in Chicago this season, but it’s not off to a good start.
Early in the third quarter of the Bears-Broncos preseason matchup, Cruz went down with an apparent head injury attempting to catch a deep ball from Bears 2nd-overall pick Mitch Trubisky.

After being down for some time, Cruz was able to walk off the field on his own power and soon after re-entered the game.

Cruz caught the Bears first touchdown of the year earlier in the same game.
