Man Tries To Carjack 3 Football Players With Fake Gun, Gets The Sh*t Beat Out Him Instead

Lesson here? It’s not the best idea to carjack anyone, and definitely don’t if they’re three football players.

Police arrested a 21-year-old New Mexico man named Angelo Martinez who carjacked three football players with a fake gun after asking them for a ride.

The three players were leaving practice when they agreed to give Martinez a lift, but after they arrived at the drop off point, Martinez pulled out the gun, demanding them out of the vehicle.

The men obeyed his orders and exited their vehicle, but when Martinez fumbled the gun, the men reportedly jumped back in and punched the suspect in the face, later restraining him until police arrived.

Though the gun was not real, cops said Martinez was also carrying a knife along with a note that read, “Give me the keys to your whip and a nobody get hurt. I know where you live so don’t make me kill.”
