Cowboys Fans Threatened To Not Root For The Team Anymore After They Kneeled Before The Anthem

Just before tonight’s Monday Night Football Game between the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals, the entire Cowboys team, staff, family and even owner Jerry Jones linked arms and kneeled PRIOR TO.. yes, PRIOR TO the playing of the national anthem.

They then proceed to stand during the playing of the National Anthem and it would seem like they did just enough to make both sides happy on the stance.

Well, they were wrong. The team’s official twitter account posted a picture (as see above) of the team kneeling before the anthem and Cowboys fans flooded their mentions with anger and even threatened to not be fans of “America’s Team” anymore.

1. Dallas Cowboys team kneels prior to the national anthem, still stands for the national anthem. So, they didn’t protest anything.
2. Yet, fans are still mad.
