Ezekiel Elliott was suspended for violating the NFL’s conduct policy prior to the season for his role in a domestic violence case where his ex-girlfriend accused him of assaulting her multiple times while in college. The Cowboys running back’s appeal was denied by the league.
But following a Texas court blocking the NFL’s suspension, Elliott has yet to miss a game through five weeks of the season. That will soon change. When the Cowboys take the field following there bye week, Elliott will be on the sidelines after a federal court has reinstated the suspension.
