Packers QB Aaron Rodgers went down Sunday in his team’s game against the Vikings after landing on his right (throwing) shoulder while being tackled by Anthony Barr.

According to FOX Sports NFL Insider Jay Glazer, the team’s initial diagnosis is a broken collarbone, a devastating injury for the heart & soul of the Packers.

The team has since confirmed these reports.
Rodgers suffered a broken collarbone in 2013, which sidelined him for two months until he was able to return for Week 17.
