For The Win – When South Park leans into something, they really lean in. The NFL has the subject of its wrath on Wednesday night during its most recent episode “Moss Piglets,” and they certainly didn’t hold back.
The setting of the episode revolved around a special education science fare, which is promptly crashed by a group of men wearing suits and sunglasses.
The men are shortly after revealed to be led by Jerry Jones, acting on behalf of the NFL. The men are there trying to find a solution to the “failing” league’s attendance problem.
They eventually do in the form of a petri dish of moss piglets, which they can discover can be grown into NFL fans.
Attendances begin soaring, with more than 17 million in attendance for a Sunday Night Football game between the Bills and Chargers.
Congratulations @Chargers @agspanos @JohnDeanSpanos @nflcommish @NFL you made it to @SouthPark. You’re big time LA for sure now. #chargers #SouthPark #FightForLA pic.twitter.com/FxutX6S4Zx
