Trump Demands Marshawn Lynch Be Suspended For The Season For Sitting During Anthem

Donald Trumps crusade against the NFL furthered early Monday morning.

Following Raiders RB Marshawn Lynch sitting during the Unites States National Anthem yet standing for the Mexican National Anthem ahead of the Patriots-Raiders game held in Mexico, the President tweeted out his thoughts, condemning Lynch, even calling for a suspension.

Marshawn Lynch of the NFL’s Oakland Raiders stands for the Mexican Anthem and sits down to boos for our National Anthem. Great disrespect! Next time NFL should suspend him for remainder of season. Attendance and ratings way down.

Trump has tweeted numerous times regarding the Anthem protests, notably against Colin Kaepernick, igniting backlash against the league by the President’s supporters.
