Vikings Everson Griffen Announces Birth Of Baby Boy After Sack, Asks Fans For Help Naming Him

Vikings defensive end Everson Griffen and his wife, Tiffany, welcomed a baby boy into the world this Thanksgiving morning, announcing it in the locker room prior to the game

After sacking Lions QB Mathew Stafford during the second quarter of the Minnesota-Detroit Thanksgiving day game, Griffen asked the crowd for help naming his new son via a hand written note on his shirt underneath his jersey.

Heres’s a closer look of the shirt that reads, ‘I just had a baby boy. What should I name him?’

Matt Stafford is definitely off the list. Can’t have two son’s named the same thing.
