One day after the New York Giants benched, once again, Eli Manning showed how class personified he is.
According to former New York Giants lineman David Diehl, who currently works with Bob Papa on Sirius XM NFL Radio, there were two New York Giant players in the cafeteria bright and early preparing for Sunday’s game.
Those two players were Eli Manning and rookie quarterback Davis Webb, who will eventually take over as the starting quarterback this season.
And as Diehl shares, Eli was mentoring the rookie:
@BobPapa_NFL & I just took a break from our radio show to grab a coffee to see only 2 @Giants players in the cafeteria. It was Eli Manning sitting next to Davis Webb mentoring him #Respect #Character #Selfless
