Miami Dolphins Agree To Trade Entire Remaining Roster For 2029 7th-Round Draft Pick

DAVIE, FL – It was reported that the Miami Dolphins are set to release defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh Monday, just days after the team traded away wide receiver Jarvis Landry to the Cleveland Browns and months after trading running back Jay Ajayi to the Philadelphia Eagles.

With no stars left to trade or cut, ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the team has agreed to trade the entire remaining roster away for a conditional 2029 7th-round draft pick to a team not yet named.

“We need to unload some of the contracts we have on the books, all of them to be specific,” Dolphins General Manager Chris Grier told the media during a press conference.

“It’s tough, especially for our fans, to lose our two best offensive player and our best defensive player in the span of a few months, but it’s what’s best for the team. We just want to assure our fanbase that Jay Cutler is of course included in the players being shipped off, so it’s not all bad.”
