REPORT: Vikings Have Reached Out To QB Drew Brees

Ok, this will be crazy.

After failing to agree to a long term deal with the Saints, QB Drew Brees is technically a free agent and is free to talk to any team he so chooses.

The fact that Brees is a free agent isn’t as big of a headline as Cousins is because many believe Brees will ultimately re-sign with the Saints.

But nonetheless, here we are and on the first day of the legal tampering period, the Minnesota Vikings have reached out to Brees to scope his interest:

If you remember, it was the Vikings who eliminated the Saints in the Divisional Round last January.
