The now retired 4-time Pro-Bowl guard was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold by police Wednesdya morning after reportedly throwing a dumbbell, yes a dumbbell at another man in an upscale Florida gym.
The victim claims after a verbal altercation was initiated, Incognito started by throwing a tennis ball at him, only to advance to a dumbbell while allegedly rambling about the government and screaming “get off my f*cking playground” to the man.

The incident comes as just the latest in a long list of incidents of bad behavior for the 34-year-old.
