While the Pittsburgh Steelers find themselves at 0-1-1 having the face the hottest team in the NFL in the Buccaneers next, Le’Veon Bell is almost mocking the team as he parties it up in Miami with strippers and jet skis.
The Steelers star running back is taking it easy as he holds out for a new contract, a holdout that has reached into the regular season and undoubtable hurt his team.
His team is firing back.
Just two weeks after from the Bell was removed from the regular season depth chart, the Steelers have wiped Bell off the roster completely, not leaving an inkling of his name or likeness anywhere.
A week after #Steelers removed Le’Veon Bell from their depth chart, they now removed him from their rosters — alphabetical, numerical, positional, experience — on their official game release leading up to Monday’s game. Bell has yet to sign his franchise tag. @TheAthleticPGH

Bell’s prolonged holdout has angered many of his Pittsburgh teammates, most notably the members of the offensive line tasked with blocking for him.
Pro Bowl center Maurkice Pouncey made it known that Bell said he would return before Week 1 and begin preparations for the regular season, ripping Bell for his lack of commitment.
The incident comes in a long line of drama that’s plagued the Steelers this season, which likely won’t evaporate until the the AFC favorites in many fans’ eyes start winning.
