Antonio Brown Posts Farewell Video To Pittsburgh Steelers Fans

If there were any fans left that still had doubts Antonio Brown would be in a Steelers uniform in 2019, this may lay those to rest.

The Steelers WR formally requested a trade Tuesday morning according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, soon after posting the farewell video thanking Steelers fans for their support in his nine years with the team.

The video, captioned “Thank you SteelerNation for a big 9 years…time to move on and forward… #NewDemands, not so accidentally features the song ‘Do What I Want‘ by Lil Uzi Vert playing in the background.

Brown’s fallout with the Steelers can be traced back to the end of the season when an altercation in practice led to his benching for the team’s must-win Week 17 game. Brown toyed with the image of him being traded for months while ignoring calls from teammates, coaches and even Steelers owner Art Rooney until finally officially requesting one Tuesday.
