The Oakland, soon to be Las Vegas, Raiders are playing possibly their last season in the Bay Area this year before shipping off a few hours away to sin city.
The timing of the move depends on if their new $1.9 billion stadium will be completed in time for the 2020 season.
In the span of a year and a half, the stadium has risen from a massive 62-acre area of dirt alongside Interstate 15 to a recognizable structure.
Another thing recognizable? A giant L sat right next to the Raiders’ new home.

The internet has noticed that just one black away from the stadium sits a shopping center in the shape of an L, apparent from any overhead view.
How fitting for the Raiders.
