On Friday, a bombshell report came down from ESPN’s Adam Schefter about Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown threatening to retire from the NFL if the league doesn’t allow him to wear a certain helmet that the league has discontinued.
Reports kept flying in, including from NFL Network’s Mike Silver regarding Brown’s behavior and how this equipment issue has been a longstanding one for the team.
